Earlier this week, Corel released an update to Designs, our first Windows 8 - Style application. In addition to an updated look and feel, Designs 1.1 expands the content sources you can choose from.

In addition to finding content from the CorelDRAW.com community site, you can now also browse content from the Corel Painter Facebook page, as well as from various online stock-photo providers. With support for iStockPhoto, Fotolia and Flickr, you can now find inspiration through the Designs app from multiple sources online.

In addition we have extended support to multiple trays so that you can sort your favorite images in different groups, and enhanced their way you share your findings. We also maintain the link to the original file, so that you can access the full resolution version at a later date.

Designs remains a free Windows 8 - Style application that you can download from the Windows 8 Store.
