First, thank you all for your help and thank you for all who decided to take advantage of the amnesty program and provide us with their proof of purchase so that we can take the appropriate action.

I wanted to provide an update and let you know that we can continue to confirm that the Error 24 error message for CorelDRAW X4 has not affected a single user who purchased an authorized version of CorelDRAW. The only case we got so far was a user who first used an unauthorized serial number, and then purchased a legal copy of the product, but did not re-install his software with the legitimate version.

Earlier today, we sent out an email to those who we have contact details for and have been able to identify of having been a victim of software piracy.

In addition, we have also published the instructions about how to take advantage of the amnesty program in different languages. As I mentioned in my previous blog post, combating piracy is an ongoing process.
