You should study about typography. You should not use more than two families of font in the same design, and you should not deform fonts. If you need a condensed font, use a condensed family, but do not alter fonts to fix spaces. Also, be careful using color and shadows. The most important thing is that you can read easily. A lot of color, fonts and effect doesn't mean that you are creating a better design. It is not pleasant to read every thing in capital letters.
