    look again PommyJosh, but this time look closely and forget everything you know about coreldraw.

    HINT: textures, label

    The light and  reflection is obvious (was done in 3d) the same with the model (the bottle) the rest in CorelDraw, how it was done don't ask me that im not going to give a tutorial, you can find a lot in the web.
