Great photo. Looks like the 6th of May, the day after the 5th of May celebration. Thge 6th of May is when everyone gets sick from all the Mexican food they ate and can't go to resturants , hence all the empty tables.
The ironware tables and the wierd stans on the chairs help to create that there's a health epidemic here ambiance.
