Every time I tried to export CorelDraw to jpeg, CorelDraw quits the application. The jpeg never export. And I will have to reopen the app and file again. This happen about a month ago. Is it a bug in the software?
Any jpg or a particular file?
How large dimensionally & dpi?
Why jpg as opposed to png or other?
Hi Myron,
It is any jpg. For example, I just made a new file with only typing a letter "A" in 3 in. tall. So the size and dpi is not an issue. I export EPS, PNG with no problem. However, when I export jpg, CorelDraw quit again. Just FYI, I've been using and exporting with CorelDraw for over 20 years. So this is very strange. I've updated and it is the most current update.
I can upload the file, but really...it's nothing more than open up CorelDraw. Type the letter "A". Size it to 3in. tall and then export. then CorelDraw quits. The file is nothing special.
I have been CorelDraw user over 20 years and I have a subscription that updates regularly. I didn't notice this problem in 2019, only a couple months ago.
Are you a representative from CorelDraw tech, or just a member of the community forum. if not, who and where can I reach out. This is an important feature for me to export our designs for our client. Without it, it make things slower. Thanks.

O HELL NO! I'd be embarrassed if so!
Worked fine here. No crashes. Arial (OpenType)
It may be the FONT? Maybe try a different font? maybe convert to OUTLINES then export nd see what happens?
Hi Timd1971,
Sorry, didn't mean to be offensive. I just want to see if any tech can help.
So I've export using Ariel, Time Roman, Cooper font and each time CorelDraw quit after I click export, a dialog comes up and I hit return.
Same thing after I outline the font and export.
Since your CorelDraw works, maybe it is not a bug, but my CorelDraw is corrupted.
Do you know what's the best way to uninstall and reinstall CorelDraw?

Ha!!! Nothing offends me.... except for Coreldraw bugs! ; )
You probably need to put in a SUPPORT ticket?
Glad to hear. where do I go to put in Support Ticket?
I think in your account? Goto corel.com. then support. I haven't used them in years as depending on who you get, pretty worthless outsourced support.
Good luck!
Personally, before I went through all that mess, if you created any custom worksoaces, make to export to save them. Then HOLD DOWN F8 WHILE STARTING CORRLDRAW to RESET CorelDraw to factory defaults and see if that helps first.
If not, go to your OS settings (Uninstaller apps programs) and try REPAIR first, then install or uninstall/reinstall everything if REPAIR no go.
