Using Corel X7 Can someone tell me how I can keep the blue outline from creating this blunt tip on my grass graphic. This is Black grass object with no outline in front and behind it in blue same object with a 4pt outline. I need the tips of the grass to be pointed as well. I'm new to this site and this is my first question. Thanks to whoever can help.

When corners are mitered, then the "miter limit" determines how small the angle of a corner can be before it is "clipped off" rather than mitered.
A small angle / wide outline can push the tip of the mitered corner quite far away from the "wireframe" corner.
In the picture below, the wireframe geometry in the left column was duplicated in the right column. Then, the outline width was changed.
If your artwork has corners with small angles, then applying a thick outline with mitered corners is going to do something similar.
