Did anyone bother to go to the link the OP posted? They are not asking how to draw a flower. They are showing via the website linked to how to draw flowers or other items.

The site has how-to tutorials on many subjects.

Yes, they are spamming the forum by driving traffic to their site...If they are not using CD to draw with anyway. If they are, they should say so. Then it is less an issue.
