Hi, could do with some help please. This is probably a very basic question, but we have recently upgraded from Technical Suite 2018 to 2019 and are now unable to use the Centre-Radius Circle Tool properly, we can select the function on the side bar but unlike the previous version there is no pop up window that allows you to type in the Radius value. Does anyone know if this feature is still available and if so where it could be found, whether we just need to tick/untick something?
Apologies for what is probably a very basic problem but it has been bothering us for ages!

The radius control for the Center-Radius Circle Tool is available on the property bar with this tool selected.

Thank you for helping this, the problem is we just don't seem to have the radius control anywhere, I don't know if there is something we need to select in customization or a toolbar at all? We never had this problem with either X5 or 2018. Would you be able to send a screenshot at all please so we can see whereabouts it should be?

Can you tell me if you are using an imported workspace? If so, could you check the default workspace?
I am seeing the control on the property bar for the Center-Radius Circle tool in the default workspace. I will check an imported workspace, in the meantime.
We have tried all the variation of workspaces but still can't seem to find the control. This is a screenshot of the default workspace as you suggested....
There is a Centre Radius Circle tool but that doesn't seem to tally with the scale of the drawing if that makes sense? And in previous Technical Suites the radius control was a seperate pop up window?
I have highlighted the control you are looking for on the screenshot below.
With regards to the control observing the scale, I am looking into this now.
