Anybody know of a "torn edges" or "torn or worn paper" macro that can be applied to a photo that makes all 4 edges of the photo look like its been torn off? I have about 85 photos I need to do this to so it would need to do that in a "batch". I'm looking for something that will work in Corel x6 with WIndows 7.
You could record a script to do this in Photo-Paint and then use Batch Process on multiple photos. First you'll need a grayscale mask to use. There's lots available on the web if you search for photo edge masks or something similar. I have attached a sample mask you can try.
In Photo-Paint X6:
Hope that helps.Patti
Hi Patti,
I have tried to follow your directions and this is what I get. Each photo I processed was saved as a .avi in a test folder? If I click on a photo a Windows media player opens blank and nothing happens. If I try to drag the processed photo into CorelDraw x6...all I get is the name of the photo as an ole object. Am I doing something wrong? All of the processed photos look good as far as the torn edge effect. If I try to export the photo I get an option to save as PDF,avi.gif... to which I can import the PDFinto CorelDraw and use the photo.
