I am using corel 2023 version, I have an issue with eyedropper tool,
I have 2 layers up and down, some of the objest in both layers, now I am trying to pick the color from the second(down) layer, but i can't pick the color of the second(down) layer. Instead of we can see the color of first layer(up), but I did the first layer(up) Hide, Lock, disable print & export.

Can you check and let me know how to fix this problem?
Here I gave a example files, I am using lot of object with overlapped.
Not sure why but it appears that if you hide a layer, the Eyedropper will still see the objects.May be a bug or as designed, I have no idea.The Eyedropper doesn't see hidden individual objects though, so the easiest way to work around it is probably to select the all the objects you want to hide in Objects docker, and then click the eye icon for one of them.Now, the Eyedropper works as expected.
