Internet Explorer Error while opening Corel PhotoPaint X4

This is an error related to Internet Explorer.
I am getting this continuously for the past two months.
It does not come when I open DRAW X4 or DRAW X6  Photo Paint X6 or any other program.
It takes lot of efforts to get rid of it.

Hi seena....try this

open your Internet Explorer, click on tools, scroll down and select internet options.  Click the advanced tab and look for the section under "Browsing".  Put a check mark in the box beside "Disable script debugging (Internet Explorer) and put a check mark in the box beside "Disable script debugging (other). Click apply and ok.   Should take care of the problem.

Do you have an account with amazon web services?

The stated file does not currently exist on amazon's server, but I'm not sure why it should be trying to access it anyway.
