As far as my logic goes. Yes. It will be counted as 2 installs. Why ? Because you will be installing, registering and activating both with single serial key. I don't think Corel allows multiple installs with single key for each version.

According to the license you are allowed to install the software on up to three computers for CorelDRAW Graphics Suite X6.
The relevant part is copied below (all caps is from the original text in the license):
PRIVATE AND BUSINESS USERS OF AFTERSHOT, COREL CAPTURE, COREL CONNECT, COREL WEBSITE CREATOR, CORELDRAW, COREL DESIGNER, CORELCAD, COREL OFFICE, COREL PAINTER, COREL PDF FUSION, PAINTSHOP PRO, PAINTSHOP PHOTO PRO, PARADOX, COREL PHOTO-PAINT, PRESENTATIONS, QUATTRO PRO, AND WORDPERFECT THAT HAVE MULTIPLE COMPUTING DEVICES (E.G., STAND-ALONE COMPUTER, LAP-TOP AND MINI/PORTABLE PC), MAY DOWNLOAD AND INSTALL ANY OF THESE SOFTWARE PRODUCTS ON UP TO THREE (3) SYSTEMS IN A SINGLE ADDRESS, HOWEVER IT CAN ONLY BE USED BY YOU ON ONE (1) SYSTEM AT A TIME.
Because the license does not state that you can only activate the 32-bit or 64-bit version with the license key per computer it seems logical to me that if the software installs both the 32-bit and 64-bit it counts as one activation because the activation seems to be per computer, but if you want to be absolutely sure you should contact Corel sales or support and ask them.
Hello joan; I have both the 32 & 64 bit installed on this computer, but since the updates I have not had to use the 32 bit just to do a job, and will be uninstalling the 32 bit soon.
