Can't install CorelDRAW Graphics Suite X6 - Why?

OK, well, I didn't register that same serial under a different login name. I own this serial for years.

I guess there's been a server problem at Corel.

Do you know what steps do I need to take to get this serial re-activated to my - and only my - e-mail address?

Are you able to go to www.corel.com and logon and then navigate to the page that shows your registered products? If so, is the serial number of your graphics suite the same as shown on the registered products page?

The dual entry of your registration (with and without dashes) is no problem. The dashes are ignored when the serial number(s) are compared to your registration submission when you install the graphics suite.

Since you can access your registration on the Corel site, and you used the same logon and serial number as before, then one of two things may have happened:
1. Someone else tried to register a copy of the graphics suite, using the same serial number as you, or
2. You may have installed the product more than three times without uninstalling it in the proper manner, in the past.

In either case, I would attempt to send a message to the web administrator of this site, with full details of your problem. Be ready to provide proof of ownership, if asked.
