Outline Tool in Color Well

I hope I can explain this understandably. At the bottom of my screen both the fill and outline tool are displayed in the color well. This morning when I opened my document the outline tool is gone. How can I make it return as I rely on this all the time.

Belinda.

Right click the Status Bar, choose Customize, then Status Bar from the flyout menu and finally Reset to Default.
This should bring it back, I hope.
