Think I'm going to have a problem.
Bought X6 just before X7 was released (if I had known I would have waited) anyway installed it on my PC and 7days later hard drive crashed, pc repaired X6 reinstalled for 2nd time all OK.
I then bought a new pc a year later installed X6 3rd time all OK, (please bear in mind I couldn't log out to uninstall either time).
Last week PC crashed had to reinstall Windows and of course X6. However after 2 hrs it was stuck so I cancelled the install. This morning forgetting all that I clicked on a crd file and draw opened! I can't however sign in, tells the password I have is incorrect and when requesting a password reset the link comes up with a page404 error.
Any help please from Corel please?
Update: now signed in after speaking to 'chat' and using another browser. Draw appears to be working but the headings on the 'menu' tool bar aren't showing - they show/work if I run my cursor over them but the toolbar is blank.
Same in photo-paint.
