Personal settings keep changing or initializing.

Windows 10 user.
I installed Coreldraw X16.
It's not compatible, but I don't have a choice. It's okay, though. It's useful.
But there's a problem. I've set up some values that I can use. But when I reboot the computer or turn on the Corell, it keeps resetting.

I mean, it's hard to set it up again every time after time.
What's the problem?
