Once you've spent some time customizing your workspace, you can export the new apearance to use it as a backup, or share it with others. To export your workspace, click Tools>Options and then click Workspace. Then click the Export button on the right side of the dialog. The file that's produced can be then be imported at a later date if you want to restore your workspace settings, or you can share it with colleagues.
