You can easily create animated GIFs with CorelDRAW and Corel PHOTO-PAINT.

1. In CorelDRAW, create a new document.
2. Create your animation frame by frame. Place the contents of each frame, including the background, on a separate layer.
3. Export the document as a Corel PHOTO-PAINT (CPT) file. Make sure you enable the option Maintain Layers in the Convert to Bitmap dialog box.
4. In Corel PHOTO-PAINT, open the CPT file you created in step 3.
5. Click Movie > Create Movie, and add as many frames as you need by clicking the plus sign icon on the document navigator in the lower left part of the application window.
5. In the Movie docker, double-click the thumbnail of the first frame to select it.
6. In the document, right-click the object that you want to add to the first frame, and click Combine Objects With Background. Make sure you combine only the active object with the background of the selected frame.
7. Select the next frame and repeat step 6 with the object that you want to insert in the second frame.
8. Repeat steps 5 to 6 until you insert all objects into frames.
9. Export your movie as an animated GIF.
