Text > Insert Formatting Code
Inserting a formatting code will be very useful while working with booklet or books jobs with heavy text. Few of the formatting codes that are most useful are a) Non-breaking space b) Non-breaking Hyphen c) Column/Frame break.
Non breaking space or a hyphen can be used to always keep any two words together. By inserting a non breaking space between the name and the last name of a person will always keep it together.

  • Thanks Anand - don't do text intensive so I looked up on search for examples to understand.

I wiil hardly, if ever use them so unfamiliar with just names of commands. I needed example of uses like the following one to understand.

"For example, if the text "100 km" will not quite fit at the end of a line, the software may insert a line break between "100" and "km". To avoid this undesirable behavior, the editor may choose to use a non-breaking space between "100" and "km". This guarantees that the text "100 km" will not be broken: if it does not fit at the end of a line it is moved in its entirety to the next line."

Thanks for the tip, I just had no reference
