You can change the appearance of multiple selected vector objects by using the Hue, Saturation, and Lightness bitmap effect. Just click Effects > Adjust > Hue/Saturation/Lightness to access the controls.

It must work on almost all vectorial objects, but sometimes it's a group of different objects and it's not possible to apply to all at the same time. Btw it must work on almost all vector objects, including Mesh Fill
