Get this comprehensive guide to starting out on your own worth - for free!

1. Open image in PhotoPAINT X7

2. Select "Magnetic Wand" tool.

3. Carefully, drag mouse around the desired area (to add the second area hold down the Shift key).

4. In "Mask" select "Invert" (Ctrl+Shift+I).

5. In "Adjust" select "Desaturate."

and... voilà! It´s done!

Short Tip:

You can do quickly adjustments to the guidelines just double left clicking on any guideline to open the Docker.

Placeholder feature is very useful when preparing a layout, however you can avoid the traditional "Lorem Ipsum" (latin text)

using your own language.

You can customize the placeholder text by creating text in a word processor or text application and saving the document

as placeholder.rtf. You then need to store the file in the following Users folder: My Documents\Corel\Corel Content.
