Each user has their particular preferences when using softwares. Some of them prefer the "Default mode" and others, more experienced, customize according to their own workflow.

CorelDRAW and PhotoPaint can resolve this quickly and easily creating custom Workspaces for each user.

The customizations may also be saved on the same computer or applied by different users in several other than what you're used to work.

And even better, these customizations can be exported to portable media (eg: pendrive or CD) and installed on different computers (*).

If you need to work on a different computer that is not yours, just import your personalized Workspace that was saved on removable media and install on the computer you will be working (momentarily or permanently).

Idea One tip is to keep them saved in a free service of files storage in Web (eg: Send Space, Sky Drive, etc.) and download it from there. You also can send it to yourself attached by email.

To learn how to create and save your preferences, see these instructions on the HELP (F1) applications:

Using multiple workspaces:

A workspace is a configuration of settings that specifies how the various command bars, commands, and buttons are arranged when you open the application.

You can create and delete workspaces, and you can choose a preset workspace included in the application. You can also reset the current workspace to the default settings.

You can export and import workspaces to and from other computers that use the same application. For example, you can customize a workspace and share it with a group of users.
