Corel Font Manager 2018 will not recognize Certain Font Folders. When I open myWIndows FIle managere the folders with a font overlay in the icon are the folders the do not whow up in Font Manager. Why is this. See attached JPG screen cap. "fonts", "Fonts from Rudy" and hte "Fonts Old" folders are not visible and are marked with an "A" on the folder icon in WINdows 10 file manager.
Corel Tech Chat support was not much help since their techs use English as a second language. Plus they are not as well versed in CorelDraw as I would like. So I made this inforgraphic for them.

Yeah, don't ya just love that... and the phone support.... especially the condescending attitude as if you are some sort of idiot. You have to repeat the issue several times and they still don't get it and then respond with something totally irrelevant. Seems they aren't even "versed" at all... they just go down a checklist or flowchart... they are like dumb robots.
