Lost plugins from the drop down

Today I lost all plugins from the Launch menu, I use CutMaster4 and I had to reinstall, its now in the drop down but when I try to send anything to the plotter I get a popup   

Corel Capture is also gone from the Launch drop down to get the screen capture I have to minimise the window so I can open Corel Capture from a desktop shortcut.

Any help please
