How can i use Photoshop instead of Photo-Paint to edit bitmaps in CorelDraw 2020?
If I select a bitmap in a CorelDraw document, and then click [Bitmaps] -> [Edit Bitmap...] the bitmap opens in PhotoPaint.
Is it possible to choose PhotoShop instead?
I know that i can open and edit the bitmap in PhotoShop, and then place it in the CorelDraw document, but to avoid several mouse clicks it would be nice with this feature.
On Internet i have seen a Macro which can do the trick, but it do not work for CorelDraw 2020.
Thank you in advance and best regards Flemming

Why would Corel want you to send the bitmap to the competitors' software?
This is Corels fault, there is very little support from Corel for Photo-PAINT. I've been using it as my last in line image editor forever. I dropped Photoshop and use AfterShot Pro 3, PaintSop Pro 2020 and Photo-PAINT 2018 and 2020. No Adobe any longer not enough for my buck.
Patricia:Thank you for your thoughts. You're absolutely right, but I think Corel is the right one to answer your question. However, I have the approach that I am the user, and a good user / supplier relationship is based on the supplier meeting the user's needs.I also use Adobe's LigthRoom. There I can freely choose external image editor. Thus, it can be stated that Adobe and Corel have very different views on the same matter.Actually, it was my hope that another user has a solution. As mentioned, I have seen solutions on previous versions of CorelDraw.

Because some users - who pay to use CorelDRAW - want to use something other than Photo-Paint as their bitmap editor?
Perhaps because they would want to be a compatible part of the graphics industry and work as seamlessly as possible with the user's choices?
