Windows 10 x64 september main update KB4571756 problem

I open a corel file from a file manager (Total Commander), and it opens in CorelDraw, but if I want to switch back to the file mamaner (I want to open another file), then I have to wait 10-15 seconds, because the file manager program not responding (waiting for something).

If I uninstall the KB4571756 update, then works fine. But Windows always want to reinstall KB4571756.

I use Windows 10 x64 with Samsung 860 EVO SSD.
