Hey all. I am trying to get into CorelDraw 2020 and it takes me to the Sign In page. But whenever I try and sign in, it doesn't do anything so I'm stuck at that page. It doesn't even give the option to Skip anymore. It's almost like everything freezes and the only way to get out of it is through task manager. There is also an error message at the bottom of the screen that reads *Please connect to the internet to sign in*. I'm pretty confident that I am on the internet and the bandwith is working as its supposed to. Attached is a snapshot of the screen. Is anyone else having this issue or had it before? Is there anyway to resolve it? I have many projects that I need to finish and this is definitely a hinderance for my work. Please help?

Did you reinstall this? Is this a new purchase? If a new purchase was it from an authorized vendor? I'm assuming you have a Corel account.
