Changing nudge setting

Hi,

I'm trying to find where to change the setting for the nudge movement in CorelDraw 2021 version.

I have found the attached explanation but when I get to options there's no rulers prompt.

Is it somewhere different in 21? I've looked best I can but I'm getting no where.
