I would like to know a solution to the problem stated in the subject. Maybe there is some way to smoothe it out if there is no solution to this. Maybe dwg file is bad im not sure.
Here is a little trick.
Select the Virtual Segment Delete tool from the toolbar. Hold down the Shift key and you will see the icon change as shown here. Select your shape and it will join all the nodes.
Once you have them combined, change to the Shape tool:Select your shape with the Shape tool and on the Properties bar you will see a Reduce Nodes button and a Curve smoothness sliderThey will give different results so use the one or both that give you the best results.

I used both and it worked well. Never knew about that function I was searching for that with no results. Thanks for helping me out.
Here's another approach, which I believe will work fine in situations like this:Simply select all objects you want to join with the Pick tool (or subcurves with the Shape tool), then go to the Join Curves docker, select Extend (actually, I don't think it matters which mode you use in this case) and hit Apply.Done.Reduce nodes as Shelby suggested, if needed.
