PDFs created in Canva imported into CorelDraw perfectly until 7 Feb 2024. All PDFs created since then say the file is corrupt when trying to pull it in to Corel. The PDFs work fine in all other software I have tried and PDFs created before the specified date work just fine in Corel. Has anyone had the same or similar issue and if so, have you found a solution?
Had the same issue. I found that if I open it in Adobe Acrobat, edit the PDF and copy everything then create a new blank PDF and paste everything into that one and save.
That is pretty much what I am doing at the moment. I am using this website https://online2pdf.com/# to "convert" the pdf to a pdf. It imports perfectly in to corel after that. The problem comes in when there are a heap of pdfs to get through - it just takes too much time. There must be a reason for the sudden change
Since CorelDRAW has had no updates what else has happened?
Were there Windows updates?
Were these the exact PDF files that could be opened earlier? Are these new PDF files that were created by a different version of Canvas?
Has there been an update to Canvas?

There were no windows updates that I am aware of.
These were PDF's created after 7 Feb in Canva. All PDF's created before that date still import perfectly. I can only assume that there was some sort of update to Canva. The only issue with that idea is that the same PDF's import perfectly into all other software I have tried, even the most rudimentary software. Corel is the only one having an issue with the PDF's
Who creates the original PDF file in Canva? Is it the online or enterprise version?
