I have no idea how to create a macro that works, but I'm curious to why you need a macro.If all you want is a way to connect the nearest nodes with a straight line, then the Join Curves docker takes care of it with a single click.Just increase the Gap tolerance to a very high value and leave it there, then select objects and hit Apply.
I need a single button macro, because I need this command very often for very many connections of corners. Furthermore, the corners should be chamfered or rounded.
I see. Hopefully Taras.SoftLV can write a macro that suits your needs.The best thing I can offer would be to add a shortcut in Draw to open/close the docker (if needed), and then a key to execute (hit Apply) via AutoHotkey.That would be doable.
