SizeWidth to snap to Printable Area margin

Hello,
From menu View/Show/Printable area we can show Printable area. More then, we can snap to Boundary of printable area when View/Snap to Object is ON. 
I ask for code to change sizeWidth of rectangle 1 so to snap to Printable area boundary and become rectangle 2.
