I have two rectangle objects here. They both appear normal but when printed in SVG one looks proper with the same stroke width while the one on the right is much thicker. This does not replicate in raster formats like PNG. I've checked the properties of both objects as thoroughly as I can. I got nothing. Can anyone see an issue? SVG, PNG, and CDR are attached.

I tried to repeat... first rectangle immediately had a given outline thickness (with the option Scale with object) and size. second rectangle was created with a smaller size, a thinner outline, and option Scale with object. Afterwards second rectangle was increased to size of first rectangle and received the same outline thickness
After this, the error repeats.
