What kind of dirty software is that? Well maybe you should ask for your money back on that computer. It exported for me to PDF from the publish to PDF dialog but who knows what this file is to look like you have so many things locked from export I don't know what you're looking for in the final file.
I also exported a TIF file with zero issues from the export dialog. Exporting to PDF from the export docker limits your choices, unfortunately it's the first time I ever used the export docker.
