I developed some Publish to PDF issues. Call Corel Draw. Was told they do not support 2018 and told me to upgrade to 2023. I did that only to find out my computers cannot run 2023 because of memory, drive, and other issues. Called Corel Draw back, they sent me another version of 2018 and now it will not install with .dll issues. Corel will not help. " Code execution cannot proceed because MSVCP140.dll was not found." AND " Code execution cannot proceed because VSRUNTIME140.dll was not found." ....... Could anyone help me with these issues? Where to find files to make this work? Thank you in advance.
Usually the files needed are all in the installation pack.Probably conflicting common files or versions of files.Try uninstalling completely with an application like REVO uninstaller. There's a free version that does a really nice job. Then try reinstalling. It will be better. Please followup.
OK, the procedure happened when?Did you attempt a complete reinstallation or a repair?
I wiped out the program thru un-install and reinstalled it. Then did a repair after that. Still the same result. (In the mean time a Rep from Corel finally sent me an email with directions after repeated calls and emails. I went thru the steps, %appdata% to change messages folder to .old and %temp% to get rid of all .tmp files that let it, rebooted and Corel fired right up. It seem to be and is working just fine since this morning, so far. I am giving it a day or two before replying that I am good to go.
Sorry for the late answer. We're probably not in the same time zone!Depending on your answer, I was just about to invite you to discuss this through private messaging! And yes, the Corel rep, sent you the final, most effective solution. It should work now. Happy for you it now works.
