Well it depends on what the contents of ur logo are. But what I do in illustrator is export as PDF and in the pdf sub-settings use "the smallest file size" and then import in Illustratro. this procedure works fine if there are not mesh, transparancies, or gradients in the .ai file. You can import Illustrator files in Draw (CTRL+I). But you need to save the illy file without compression.
Another option is to save it as an eps and import that file.
Doubt you will have any problems if the file isn't complicated.
