PC and MAC versions capable of AutoCad compatibility

I have an office using both PC's and MAC's.  We need to interface with clients using mainly PC's and "AutoCad" capabilities.  Old versions of CorelDraw with these capabilities are acceptable.  What should I buy for 1 MAC and 2 PC's that will operate virtually identical?

    Hello Tad; As you have found out there is not a Corel for the MAC. I have no Problems importing from AutoCad, But the nodes will Not be joined in Corel. It has been that way since the 90's. You just have to join the nodes or use Interactive Fill to color your object.s. For a line drawing it doesn't mater if they are joined or not. As time goes on I'm getting less CAD drawings................
