Is there any way to install CorelDRAW X3 on Windows 10?
I wouldnt recommend it. Its too old. But if you like or have to, then install X3 on a Virtual box installed on a Windows 10. Install Windows 7 or XP on that virtual box.But I highly recommend upgrading, for HALF the price of the Full price, the newer version X8.And there is currently in the North american/EU region a additional 10% off on download versions.http://www.coreldraw.com/en/product/graphic-design-software/?cdgshp=us-cdgs
Hello vr81; CorelDRAW ver. X4 doesn't want to install in Windows 10 & other old programs, so I guess X3 wouldn't be liked also. Some people have gotten X4 to run under 10, but it is a pain... I tried 10 and went back to Windows 7 Ult. I like it a Lot better...... George
Yes, CorelDRAW X3 is very old and was not designed for Windows 10, so there’s no officially supported way to install it on Windows 10. However, some users have had limited success using workarounds.
You can try installing it in Compatibility Mode (Windows XP or Vista) and running the installer as Administrator, but stability is not guaranteed. Crashes, missing fonts, and export issues are common.
If your goal is simple design work like creating a Dunkin’ Donuts style menu with prices a newer version of CorelDRAW or an alternative like CorelDRAW Graphics Suite (latest), Adobe Illustrator, or even Canva would be a much better option on Windows 10.
For menu layouts, pricing tables, and print-ready designs, modern tools offer better font handling, PDF export, and overall reliability.
In short: X3 may install with tricks, but upgrading or switching software is the safer long-term solution.

Is Inkscape suitable for this purpose? (you know so many programs... but i know only CorelDraw. It is a best decision)
