Need help with automating the process of pulling order data in from an ecommerce website

We have an ecommerce website and we make custom orders. Each item is different and contains different data to be created. For example, we have a custom police badge item that we allow our customers to enter their police department and badge number. As of now, we either manually type the badge numbers and department numbers in, or we go to the website and find the order and copy and paste the information. Obviously this isn't optimal and takes a lot of time and leads to mistakes. I would think there's a way to connect the web database so we can pull the fields into corel draw to easily access the data in a few clicks. Is there anyone that can help setting this up so we can automate these tasks?
