Because we should be busy drawing stuff, not playing with our phones lol ;)
Seriously, as an iOS (ipad) and an Android (Xperia Z) user, I personally have never really found the need to download apps for specific forums. The future for these appears to be in adapting existing content to be mobile friendly. That way, it will play nicely with all and wont be platform specific.
