JOB DESCRIPTION:
Looking for a motivated self-starter to work in a fast paced environment with the ability to:
- Create and design print ready files from customer inquiries -Manage production assistants to meet production deadlines and review/maintain high quality
-Review artwork and create/modify incoming design files to create layouts and proofs as needed. - Advanced knowledge in computer design and web programs, (e.g. Illustrator, Photoshop, Corel, etc. . .)
-Previous Screen Printing, Sign Shop, Vinyl Production and Large Format Printing experience
-Website design, page maintenance and web based marketing tasks - Social media advertising campaigns and daily updating
-Must maintain a high level of product quality and craftsmanship while keeping on schedule.
-Attention to detail and ability to multi task
- Responsibility for a project from concept to completion
-Able to work with minimal direct supervision
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including proofing, grammar and spelling.
- Results-oriented, deadline-driven and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
-Typesetting, file manipulation, creating press ready files, digital prepress functions.
-Ability to communicate clearly and concisely verbally and in writing
-Ability to maintain professionalism and composure
- Ability to understand and follow verbal directives and written directions
-Willingness to learn and help in other areas as needed
