Hi guys!Something new this time.SLOW TEXT MANAGING.I am mounting a 20 page brochure that started with X8 and was flawless. CorelX8 behaved as usual appropriately.
I'm now continuing my project with the new 2017 version. I think I found the reason, though. FONTS!! The fonts are slow!It has all to do with the text! When I open my TASK MANAGER while this happens, the graphics are low,the memory and hard drive are relaxed.I've also tested otherwise. I simply copied and pasted any text from the internet. Say, a paragraph of 300 words copiedin a new blank of CDR2017. Then I copied this paragraph, 10 times. I’ve broken apart ONE paragraph between all of them.If anyone tries this, observe the behavior when selecting, deselecting grouping, ungrouping, etc…Do you meet the same issue with YOUR version of this latest software?

What I mean is how did you configure FontManager. For example, if you choose to monitorize the entire hard disk continuosly, the performance surely will slow down. But if you use just one folder for place all the fonts, and monitorize only this folder (and of course Windows/Fonts) the speed should change
