CFM 2017 Fails to Launch

I've recently formatted my PC and have to reinstall CDGS 2017 as a result.

However, as I try to launch CFM 2017, nothing happens after the initializing screen. 

I've tried repairing, and reinstalling, still same. 

The other components e.g. CorelDRAW, PHOTO-PAINT, Corel CONNECT, Corel CAPTURE are all working fine.
