Have an interesting dilemma. Using CorelDraw 17 on windows 10. There are multiple computers in the office that use this platform. Created a file about two years ago and used Helvetica Neue as one of the fonts. We all have this font on our computers. If I open this file on my system the file opens up as arial. It doesn't give me an option telling me that it can't find the Helvetica font. If any of my co-workers open the file, it's correct. Anyone else having this issue? I do remember a few years back we had a problem with arial.
Check if the file was saved including the fonts. If so, it must use the original font even if you don't have the font on your computer.
