Coreldraw 2017 Font service is preventing me from opening files containing fonts.

I have Coreldraw 2017 installed on a Windows 10 pro machine and the font service has been a nightmare. Now, I cannot open files containing fonts for some reason. Coreldraw opens, but it will not open the file.
