Although the minimum system requirements stated are 1024 x 768 for the screen resolution, the trace window will not fit into a 1280 x 800 screen. The "OK" button is not visible, so I can not "accept" the trace. I have tried to resize the window, but have been unable to. Any suggestions on how to get it to work, without increasing the resolution?
thanks
Thanks everyone for the help. I changed the DPI settings to 96 an it didnt solve the problem. I remember when i was doin a un-install , some of the words on the unistall screen were overlapping each other. So, it must be some other problem bsedies the DPI settings. Any other ideas we could try? Thanks again.
Do you have the latest video card drivers installed? This may be another area to look at. If you are using video drivers supplied by a third party (Not Microsoft nor the card manufacturer) then you may have problems of incomplete or partially effective drivers.
If you are unsure, you should go to the (video card) manufacturer's web site and look for the latest drivers for your card.
Ok.....i updated drivers......and BAM! I now can see the bottom buttons....Thanks everyone. Now i just have to learn how to use this program . Any good tutorials for the Basics for this program?
I've just bought Click-n-Learn from www.clicknlearn.com It's supposed to be from Basic to Advanced and covers versions 12 through to X4...
I'll let you know what I think of them when I've had a chance to go through a few of them.
By the end of the week I hope.
