Hello Mike; It works fine here with Windows 7 on a 64 bit i5 with 8 gb of ram and a 2 gb video card.
George
That's good for you. Unfortunately this post doesn't''t help with the problem that I have with the software.
Try delete (create a backup before):
'%username%AppData\Roaming\Corel\CorelDRAW Graphics Suite X6\Connect\'
and '%username%\AppData\Roaming\Corel\Connect.ThumbnailCache\'
Are you talking about using the window registry editor? I have no clue on how to delete
I can't find this folder AppData on C:\users\Michael\
I do have full admin privilege's on the computer that Corel Connect X6 is installed on.
That is not a registry key or data, but a system file directory, as established by the Windows O/S.
In your Windows Explorer (Not IE), enter '%appdata%' (without the quotes) in the navigation bar. That will put you to the system's '%username%\AppData\Roaming directory. From there, you can navigate to CorelDRAW Graphics Suite X6\Connect directory.
Similar to the other apps in the suite, you can also hold down F8 while starting CONNECT to reset it to the factory defaults. This may help with the errors you are experiencing.
