Corel Capture X6 wont work, i got message
then i decide to choose user define but there is no option except shift+ F7
This problem has been seen a few times, with various conclusions:
Some people with the problem have an expired trial version of Snagit which does a similar job and also captures the F7 key. The problem is that it may still capture it even after the trial has expired.

Also seeing a comment yesterday that photoshop was preventing CorelDraw from receiving the escape key, its probably a good idea to make sure you don't have photoshop running -- in fact, its probably a good idea to terminate all running programs (or better still, try running capture as the first program after a reboot) and see if it works then.
