I have (bought) a Corel License Certificate (from Corel Germany - Software number: LCCDGSX6MLA) but it looks that the License key is not valid. I claimed that to the trader through I bought the licence but that happened more then a week before and I do not have my problem solved.
To whom should I address in order to solve the problem?

P.S. I can attach the License Certificate if a Corel representative requests it...

Recently there has been a little change in license handling by Corel. Atleast in India. Here, now the end users gets a link in an email from Corel for Paper licenses (and the reference number 'LCCDGSX6MLA' relates to multiple paper licensing). End user is supposed to login with the user name (Usually the email provided by the end user while ordereing) and a temporary password provided to retrieve the serial key and other account details with all purchases from Corel including subscriptions etc. Should be something related to this change.
